Does anyone know if the hip hop abs workout by Shaun T really work?

A friend of mine has tried it and loves it, but I haven't heard much more about it. Good luck...if it is on video, try renting it at Blockbuster or Netflix if you subscribe to either of those services before buying it and see if you like it. Good luck!

depends. If you follow up the work out with watching what you eat, could be but if you do not care about what you eat after this work out, trust me, even 100 years you would not see the result :)
