It’s not word for word translation in ASL.

it's hard to show u might just want to go to aslpro.com. Also is is like this

is:make an i in asl and put it to your chin. Then pull out staight.

going:it is just like it seems. U point your index finger up on both hands a couple inches away from each other. Then strike it downkinda diagonal. Like I said it's hard to discribe. And also any sign that deaf people will understand is good enough it may just not be the official sign. Also some words are going to be signed differently when put together.

The easiest way is to give the thumb up with your signing hand while raising your eyebrows to indicate that you are asking a question.
