The quickest and easiest way it just by making some lifestyle changes. Cut out the fast foods, junk foods, sodas, candies and other sweets. Eat healthy and include fruits and veggies! Never skip meals and never starve yourself.
Drink water--lots of it!! Water really does help with the weight loss process.
And, get active!! Go walking, swimming, running, dance around in your bedroom, play your favorite sports--anything! Just get moving!!
Remember that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. Sometimes it's helpful to keep a journal of what you eat, when you eat and how many calories you're taking in. It can sometimes shock a person to see what all those calories add up to!
