absolutely not... the girl should know that sexually exploiting her self in this and any way could make her a target for perverts and or rape. she is still a child and should not be trying to grow up so fast.

Personally, I don't think its appropriate for a 13 yr old to show cleavage. But, from society's point of view, yes it is. Look at the TV shows, music videos, magazines and you'll see what I'm talking about. Girls are starting puberty nowdays at an average age of 10 yrs old! I personally have cousins aged 9 to 13 yrs old, and some of them can pass for 16 to 18 yrs old!

What a weird question and it's really up to themselves.
But there are 13yr olds who are flat as boards so it depends on that as well.
Ok and to everyone who thinks ALL 13 year olds have NO cleavage well I'm 13 and I have a 36 B so that's plenty of cleavage for me there buds 8-) .. god get a life what do you go around lookin at 13 year olds Cleavage. Nice.

This is turning out to be quite the forum. Sure, I show cleavage.. that doesn't mean I have Horny Guys jumpen me everytime i bend over. The only one who has EVER laid a hand on me where people hands shouldn't be is My Boyfriend and I can't say i really Minded. I'm not going to have a mental break down if someone does try something either. God if the question was for 2 year lds you wouldn't get much different answers. No way! I didn't even have cleavage ay 13! What is there to show at 13? I guess some kids are just bigger and their bodies are more mature as well.

It is not appropiate for any female out there to wear cleavage. Females are supposed to be ladies and portray a classy image. Besides, a 13 year old wearing cleavage doesn't show respect to her body, which is just developing.

Showing what you've got is sending out a sexual invitation that you are in no way prepared for yet, nor should you be. You can't blame "stupid guys" for reacting normally when you dress provocatively. Besides...what's important is the contents, not the envelope. Don't be so shallow! Dress like a lady and you will earn respect.

and if it so happens that they do, then I would not reccommend them showing their breasts because it is not very classy and people can get the wrong idea of them. Plus, people try to grow up way too fast when they should just enjoy their youth.

No. What would be the purpose? If someone is looking for a sexual partner, they normally dress provocatively. Are you looking for a sexual partner?
I had a few friends in school that were well-endowed. They constantly complained that boys would tease them and ask them out "just because of their big boobs". They were hurt by this. Who really wants to be known in school as the girl with the big boobs? Wouldn't you rather be known and liked for who you really are?

the only girl i knew that was 13 and had huge cleavcage was in the principal's office crying because a perverted teacher was looking down her shirt and I got called down because i saw him do it...
don't do that to yourself, besides you don't want to give yourself a bad reputation either.
last, if you dress older than you are, don't be surprised when older guys make passes at you.
I was molested when i was 18 for dressing that sort of way, talk about unwanted attention, it could be a tramatic experience someday down the road.
