Hope you peeps can help me with this. I have a guy friend whom i have known for a year plus now. As friends he never spoke to me about sex at all.. But in recent times he had expressed his interest for me and I have also reciprocated his feelings as I like him as well. And now all he talks to me is about sex over the fone.. I even asked him indirectly if he is trying to hit on me, to which he obviously replied "no".. I find this weird coz I have known him for so long and he never spoke a word about sex earlier on.. Is this normal of guys to do to the gals they like/love? On top of this he also speaks about getting married, living together and stuff...

He speaks about doing it with me...
Not that I dun enjoy talking about it, but there ought to be a limit.. He can just go on and on even though I ask him to "shut up"! lol!

Is he talking about sex in general, or sex with you? Ditto with the marriage, living together, etc. If he's talking about doing that with you, he's definitely hitting on you. If he's just talking about it in general, he's probably dropping hints.

Wow, this guy is sprung! Have you guys ever dated? If you haven't it is pretty odd he is talking about marriage and stuff like that. Hitting on a girl for guys means that a guy goes up to a girl and starts flirting even if he doesn't know her real well. This guy is probley, from what you described, is thinking about u every night, having fantasies about you, and stuff like that. Guys that hit on a girl won't think about that girl from day to day. They might think for a week and then hit on another girl. Do you feel uncomfortable with him? If I was in your position I would just come out and tell him how you feel. Tell him that he is making it very obvious that he likes you and you aren't interested in him but want to stay really close friends. Say it in a nice way and don't hurt his feelings. Soon he will have to face the facts. But don't worry about that now. Just go out, be yourself and have fun. You don't have to worry about his problems.
Hope I helped!!ttyl

I think what he's trying to tell you is that he sees more in you than just like a friends with benifets type thing and that maybe he might wanna be with you more long term. be careful though if this guy is a good friend. going steady could change the friendship.

well it depends. he could just be at an age where he wants to talk and get ideas because he is thinkin bout sex and his future that will involve marriage. but if he is not talkin in general, but more personal, he might be tryin to hit on you.

File under "Potential Creep". Sex is not love. Lust comes more to mind. Love=undivided commitment.

maybe he is just... i dont know "excited" i believe thats the appropriate term. either that or horney.
haha. dont be worried.
if he wanted to bang you he would have attempted to already.
he was just trying to see your opinion on the subject.
if youre reallly curious though,
next time he says something like that just say
"why do you always say stuff like that?"
haha it seems blunt and to the point,
but you'll find out!

I think you've opened the door to a new side of him that he hadn't previously revealed. Each new side of an individual that you come across is cause for reevaluation.

Honestly, I'm not sure. Which, for me, is odd. It seems like he doesn't know what he wants from you. It also seems like he's having mixed feelings.
