When using Mozilla Firefox, sometimes it doesn't seem to want to display certain video/graphics features and a window will come up saying to click to download the necessary plugin. However, when you click, it will search and then say no proper plugin has been found. Is there another way to get the necessary plugins?

Here's Mozilla's page for Firefox plugins. Select your operating system from the list to view an alphabetical listing of plugins. http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/

I had the same problem with flash before I redid my computer. And when I went to the home site for flash player and tried to get an installer that way it would say it was installed but it still wouldn't work. I ended up doing a fresh install of it. Which meant finding any files such as drivers for flash and deleting them. Just using the windows built in uninstaller doesn't get rid of everything. Most of the time you just need to check for leftover files in your main program files and delete anything there then check inside the hidden application data folder which can be found in the documents and settings folder for whatever user you use in windows.

There are a lot of plug-in's available for Firefox. I seem to recall there being a hyper-link in Firefox's home page that will give you options to all sorts of plug-in's you can download for your web browser-- everything from an IRC to a program called FasterFox, to speed up your web browsing a little bit.

Go here > https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/plugins/
Download the Adobe Flash Player

=)
You can find more plugins that you may not have.
