i was kidding around at school with a kid at school and he tried to stabb me with a safty pin and then when i tried to walk away, he tried to tackle me and we ended up wresleing on the floor. him and myself got 10 day, but i don't think it is fair i got 10 days for defending myself, what do u think?

Maybe you have now learned a lesson as to not start kidding around at school, because you never know what can end up happening from it. In your case you were lucky it wasn't a pocket knife that he tried to stab you with.

well im sure ur "kidding around" seemed like bullying to the other kid and that other kid tried to defend himself from being a victim of bullying by attempting to stab u with 1/4 inch pin.....

Of course it isn't fair. School doesn't teach many useful things but one thing it does teach well is that life is not fair.
