The stealth is made from several materials. And its angles reflect the radar in other directions. But as said above carbon composites or carbon fiber is very strong light weight. Also if you know of any one in the military see if they can get you some olive green paint. The paint will absorb 15% of the radar and disperse the other 85% in all other directions Instead of the direction the radar is coming from.

I think you mean radar absorbent, right? Like polycarbonates or carbon composites?

If you want to reflect, any metal like aluminum or copper will do. Beware the profile though. That's the key. The more regular shaped, the more it will reflect.

If you want it to be deflective, or dissipate radar, if that's what you mean, carbon composite, polycarbonate, or aluminum or copper, irregular shaped. Try facets and trapezoid shapes.

Reflective? Any grounded metal should reflect an EM wave (aluminum foil, copper, etc.).
