My knee has been really hurting me, and today I noticed a grayish-blue bruse on it.. I havent fell or knocked it on something.. If this could be related what could it be?

how old are you? please try to read Buerger's disease, you might suffering that now.I advice you to go and see a doctor. Good luck

You may have hit it on something and it didn't hurt at the time so you didn't notice. You could have made an awkward step or movement and cause some internal problem in your knee several days ago that is just now causing some problems for you. Also, you could have a nerve problem or circulation problem that is causing your problem. Check with your doctor or go to Urgent Care to have it checked out. It may be something that could cause you a lot of trouble later if you don't have it taken care of now or it may clear up with no long lasting effects. Better to have it checked if it is causing pain than to wait. Let the doctor tell you if you need to use ice or heat. Sometimes it is better for one and not the other. You could use the wrong one and make things worse. Best wishes for a quick recovery.

I really don't mean to frighten you or anything, but I think that you may have a blood clot in your knee. Get medical help rt away if this continues!

you may have moved extreamly while sleeping and hit your knee on something bad.
