I think..."What would Jesus do?" And although it sounds funny at first, it makes sense when you are in a situation.

Example:
Your friend is carrying your tray at lunch, and she drops it and spills food onto the ground and all over you. Would Jesus want you to flip out or just forgive her? Forgive her. You can also pretend your mom or dad was standing right next to you, so you would be nice to your friend. Realize that you aren't helping anything when you are mean. You will get more friends if you start thinking this way, because they will know you as the girl who has a great attitude! It's okay to laugh at yourself sometimes.

Hope this helps! :)

It's all about self talk! What do you say to yourself about these people.... You slam them right? Your actions follow your feelings and your feelings follow your thoughts, so just control your thoughts. When you find yourself thinking something negative about someone, STOP yourself and replace it with another thought that is better (positive in some way). You don't want to be the kind of person no one wants to be around. Develope a cheerful disposition. It is a choice and takes practice. Choose to be happy!
