Although paper is the medium originally associated with the term "decoupage," it also refers to a recent trend in fashion when clothing (like shirts, jackets, jeans, etc.) is embellished by attaching random pieces of fabric, patches and/or other materials to it. A rather extreme example of it is illustrated in this pair of little girls' jeans: http://youcanmakethis.com/products/LillybugLane/DecoupagePartyPics.htm

Hope this helps!

What exactly is your question.... do you want to do decoupage on a clothing or do you want to use cloth material (like t-shirts) to decoupage something else???

I don't know if you can use decoupage on clothing but you can use cloth material to decoupage something.
