and like we are both teens . im not sure if he likes black girls as in boyfriend girlfriend type. and also we both are in rotc but hes a higher rank and im the rank underneathe him. he is real serious about rotc and goin out with somone under you is not considered right but ne ways im not sure if he likes black girls like talkin about it. im flirting and he is flirtin back but im still a lil eehh

Go for it. You are doing absolutely nothing wrong. These military dating rules are not written in stone, especially for ROTC.
Turn up the heat (as much as you are comfortable with) and see if he responds. And there is nothing wrong with dating a different nationality, in fact it is better. Did you know that most mixed children are more beautiful than others. You should see my son. He is CUTE. Everywhere we go, girls are trying pick him up and hug him. (He's 3 years old.)

I am Puerto Rican, I have been with "my own kind" I decided after 2 failed relationships with "my own kind" I would try some other race. I am very happy. My husband is a black man fro Ghana. He says he loves me because I challenge him in many different things. We started flirting and talking, I finally went up to him and said " Ok, I like you and I know you like me, what are we gonna do about it. He was shocked, that was 5 years ago and we still in love and stronger than ever. Take a chance girl. If he respects you and likes you for more than your body, that's good. Show him you can be cute and smart.

Race shdnt matter,besides most guys think black girls are hot.So that shdnt matter,cos he probably is one of thos eguys that think we are hot!
U go for it if u like him,but be carefull u dont embarass him,i mean if he doesnt wanna show it out,then play his way,cos u said ur his junior and that might not be ok.

well he should just date himself if he has a problem with you being just under him in ROTC. but i have dated two white guys before..ask him out somewhere you know you have the same interest in. if you hit it off, then keep it up :]
