First.he flirts alot with me and i think other girls too (im not sure)

Well yes, if you like him so much why don't YOU ask him out yourself.
For all you know he's just looking for a sign that you are also interested in him.
Guys can be shy too you know. It is quite an ego-damper if you ask a girl and she rejects you.
As for the flirting part well.. the two of you are not in an exclusive relationship yet.... 'monogany' can come when u have some definate hold in him already

(this is not a retorical question, is one u have 2 answer 2 urself) u r lucky that this friend of urs sayed no, and u r lucky of having her, fortunatelly also u told her ur feelings 4 this guy, but (another qstn 4 urself) how does she feel about this boy?, haven't u thinked that she really liked him and she sayed no only because u r her friend, try thinking + in the others that in urself, but well, supposing that she didn't like this boy, u can get on the road and catch this one until it gets 2 L8

You have a great friend. Love her (as a sister) and appreciate her. Don't lose her. Spend time with her and leave boys to the older women, k? Whenever you see him just take a deep breath and think "It's only hormones, I don't really love him" Then walk to class and ace your tests.
