i have this little tiny red bump on my bottom lip does anyone know what it might be or where it might have came from

Could be a cold sore or a heat bump my friend gets them a lot when the weather changes or she goes from hot to cold really fast

Is it completely on your lip, or on the border of your lip and skin? If it's the latter I had something like that and it was really just a pimple that got too close to my lip.

have you bitten it, could be a coldsore or even a pimple? squeeze it see what happens just dont go and kiss anyone till it goes sores like that go away after a few days, just give it some time, it it hurts go to the cemist and get some cream

Probably just a tiny pimple, I have had that before. Don't worry about it unless you've been sleeping around.

it might be a cold sore or something, I had those tons of times just dont bite at it or it will bleed just use some chapstick or something it will help

It could be anything. Try Carmex, if it doesn't go away it could be a small red mole. Don't pick at it, it could develope into something serious.

it's probably a cold sore. i had one of those on the side of my mouth, and it hurt to smile :P
