You can't strengthen your stomach. Trust me, I've suffered with peptic ulcers and now gallstones for 8 years and I'm only 21. I'm about to have surgery in 2 weeks. I suggest get off the crappy food or take something to prevent stomach acid (either chemist bought antacids or prescription antacids which are a bit stronger). If you are constantly getting stomach aches I suggest you get your stomach, gallbladder, liver and pancreas checked (the last 3 specifically deal with fat in the body and stomach pain can be a result on one of these not functioning correctly).

eat less greasy foods. make sure you have a good balanced meal. breads are good to soak up stomach acid. keep track of what you eat and note what upsets your stomach. i had a problem with my stomach and still do sometimes. greasy foods and milk products wreak havoc on my stomach. i on occassion have irritable bowel syndrome. about 1.5 million or so americans i do believe suffer from it. it's basically set off by stress. eating the wrong foods. lazyiness. many things can cause it. i'd just try to eat healthy, eat a balanced meal, stay away from greasy foods, watch your fat and cholesterol intake. i'm no professional but this is just from my own experiences. when i do these things i feel alot better.
yea cut alot of unnecessary sugars and especially pop. pop is horrid on the stomach and teeth for that matter. the more natural the food is the better.

You're probably lacking a balanced diet. You need to eat healthy the majority of the time in order to handle foods like @ KFC. You also need to exercise pretty regularly. If you know you're eating a type of food that makes you sick, try eating a salad first, it would give your body a good base of nutrients. Also avoid caffinated drinks... opt for water or ice tea... stuff like that. A good idea would also be to take a daily vitamin everyday.

Best thing to do would be stop eating 'those foods' which I assume to be fast food, and junk food. Cleanout your system by eating good, healthy food. Stop drinking soda if you are, and stick to water, tea, and real juice.
