I don't think so. If you aren't straining your muscles, then it shouldn't be too bad. And especially if you are used to running a lot.

It can overuse your muscles, but as long as you are feeling okay, you should be fine. If you are running hard for a long time each day, you may want to take it easy. You can also try swimming, it burns calories, you'll work out different muscles and you don't get sweaty.

As long as you stretch before, and afterwards, it shouldn't be a problem. Running everyday would be just like walking everyday, except at a faster pace. So I'd say you are fine!!

running is not bad unless you over strain yourslef
running doesnt just exersize on muscle it exersized both your legs your lower thighs and bottom abdomen
but you should exersize with different parts of the body after you run
some examples could be push up,sit ups, crunches, you could benchpress or squat if you ahve a local gym nearby

It's simple, muscles you use everyday (calfs, abs, forearms) can be worked everyday because you have always needed to use them. When they say that 48hr rest thing it's because those muscles, when used get strained because when you use your lats, pecs etc... you usually are trying to build them.
