the menu bar used to run along the bottom of the page with the time and programs running. I dont know what happened. Everything is on the left side of the page and it looks terrible. I tried to fix it but to no avail. Can anyone help me figure this out? I would like the time and programs on the botoom of the screen.

Ok, right click the toolbar and make sure the 'Lock the Taskbar' box is not checked. If it is, uncheck it.
Then just click to the right of the (or bottom in your case) of the Start button and drag it back.
Then right click the toolbar and check the 'Lock the Taskbar' button to make sure it doesn't happen again.

just click on the menu bar and drag and drop it to the bottom of the screen...
