No don't. Wal-mart has an ear cleaning kit. H.P. is more for open wounds. Also lay on your side to help drain the fluid.

Warming the hydrogen peroxide is a great idea and I wish I had thought of that when cleaning ears.
My ex-husband could "grow" wax plugs in his ears that when I could finally get them flushed out would actually look like cigarette filters. . . OMG! ! ! !
In the Dr's office where I worked, the Dr also used a water pik with the pulsating tip to help coax the "plugs" to come out whereas I used a bulb syringe/warm water. . . wish I had thought of a water pik as well because it sure is alot better.
Fill your ear about 3/4 full of the warm peroxide and let it bubble a bit. . . tilt your head and rid your ear of the bubbled up peroxide. . . . . I'd do this 3-4 times depending on the "plug" and I would drain the ear onto a towel or into a seperate bowl so you could watch and see what comes out. . . you might not need to flush it,the peroxide might be enough.
If the peroxide isn't enough and you use a bulb syringe or the water pik I would also keep track of the water that comes out so you will know what you are cleaning out and if you are getting the "plug".
When I used a bulb syringe and water I had a bowl of warm water to use to flush the ears and a bowl to catch the ear water. . . I NEVER used the "old water" to flush the ear. . .I always threw out the dirty water and only used clean warm water for flushing.
Once I got the "plug" loosened up,my ex could always tell that the "plug" was about to come out and sure enough. . .there it was. . .OMG! ! !

Good Luck

Do NOT put a q-tip in your ear canal!! Run warm water over the bottle of peroxide and the tilt your head to the side and pour enough in to fill your ear. It's easier if someone can do this for you. Leave your head tilted for about five minutes. Then turn your head upright and wash out with a washcloth - go no deeper in your ear than your index finger can reach with the cloth over it. You can repeat if necessary. The peroxide should cause the ear wax to float free. If this doesn't work, a nurse at your doctor's office can get rid of the excess wax.

Clogged with what? Dont stick anything down you ears. If its wax they are clogged with, you can get ear candles from the chemist which will melt the wax and unclog you ears. Otherwise the doctor can unclog them for you
