I think it is 5 grades in elementary,3 grades in middle ,and end with 4 grades years in high school .

I'm in college, but when I was in school there was kindergarten-5th grade (elementary), then 6th through 8th grade (middle school), then 9th-12th (high school)

In asian countries they only nave 3 years of high school but 3 years in middle school
