lateley ive been really depressed that it makes me want to brake down and cry but i fell that i shouldnt and that i cant what do i do but all i want to do is feel happy.

Hi, well things get pretty bad sometimes hey! It really sucks and you know something, it's okay to cry there is nothing wrong with that and you will feel better.

Whatever is going on just try and look at the bright side of things and there may not be much that looks bright about it at all but negative thoughts will just make you feel crazy. There has got to be something that you can do to help yourself feel better anything that you like to do to put a smile on your face and maybe a little laugh.

Try and get out with a friend or give one of your family members a call and see about spending sometime with someone who has alot of patients and great understanding.

Sounds like you really need to talk to someone and get somethings out that are all bottled up and trust me I have done that before until I felt how you are feeling now. Try to get a hold on this before it gets way worse for you to deal with things otherwise your never going to be happy again. Walls will get way to thick for you and there is no freedom in that.

You are depressed and should go see a couselor just to talk about the emotional stuff and help yourself realise what may be upsetting you to the point of depression. Another thing to do is volunteer at something that you love a hospital, a vet, an old age home and read to the elderly, at an ementary school, what ever makes you feel good do it. Take care Heather

Perhaps talk to your doctor about depression? Or see a therapist? Or a pastoral counselor, or at least someone. Yahoo answers has some nice people, but probably won't change your life.

Maybe you should go out with some friends like to the movies or bowling. Or try not to think about what depresses you...I hope it helps!

to really answer ur question one would really need alittle more info but i do understand where ur coming from all anyone wants is to be happy but remember this only u can make urself happy u have to be happy with urself first before u can be happy with anyone else ......... maybe u need to see a doctor to see if something is wrong that he could fix first and then go from there

the best way to overcome that, is to do something you've never tried to do, but of coarse in a positive alright. in that way i hope you'll find something to fire your life once again^^,) gudluck
