Use Mane 'N Tail over a year. Made my hair, healthy, shiny, had a lot of body and it promoted hair growth, but it took some time. Nothing works overnight.

Nooooo..mane n tail made my hair stiff and it's difficult to lather it so a lot of my hair fell out during the process.

I used it one time and hated it although my cousin that used it on me swears by it even though her hair is at about her shoulder and has been ever since I can remember.

Idk I think it might have to do with the texture of your hair. I've been using it for a week now and I think its fantastic it makes my hair so soft and shiny. But then again I hair very thick, curly hair so Idk if it would work on you Idk know what your hair type is.

I have tried it and didn't like it. didn't do anything different and cheap shampoo does...
