It's all about confidence. If you have confidence you will attract guys. Easy as that.

The answer is completely, absolutely yes.
Having said that, let me ask you a question: you wear hearing aids, and so you've immediately got something in common with any guy who also wears hearing aids. Granted, that doesn't mean you'll be compatible, but would you be able to fall in love with a guy who wears hearing aids? I suspect the answer is yes.
Now, change the guy's disability: give him a missing forearm, or one leg shorter than the other, or a pacemaker. Could you still love him? I bet you'll say "yes", but at the same time you're thinking "hmm, that would be weird."
And so that's what you're facing. You have something that most people do not, and so relatively few people understand. That means you have an additional hurdle to overcome in getting a guy's attention (on top of all the other hurdles that everyone else shares with you.)
I suspect your problem isn't your hearing aids; it's your attitude about them. You shouldn't be insecure, because there's nothing wrong with them -- but you asked this question, and it suggests that you are insecure. If it's keeping you from being confident and feeling attractive, that feeling -- not the hearing aids themselves -- can keep you from getting dates.
Do you feel the need to hide them? Not just be discreet, but actually hide them? Letting your hair fall over them is being discreet; getting upset if your hair blows up and reveals them would be hiding them. If the former, nothing wrong with that, but if the latter, you'll have to overcome that hangup to succeed in dating, because your hearing aids are part of you, and nobody wants to date someone who isn't comfortable with who they are.
Good luck.

Yes, I firmly believe that a man could love a girl with a disability...you just haven't met him yet!
I think the right man will surface sooner or later. Please don't let a hearing aid be the reason you hold back in life! Widen your circle of friends and enjoy your youth. Good luck to you!

Marlee Matlin is just one example of a successful woman who happens to be deaf. She does not define herself by her deafness. Not having a b/f at 24 is a situation that hearing and non-hearing people could be in. No doubt you have many other qualities that others will find interesting and attractive, dont sweat it.

Any guy that would have a problem with dating someone with a disability is not worth dating. He would obviously not be good enough for you. Any guy that you should date will love you for who you are. Just try to be patient. He'll come around.

this is not a huge disability.
If someone truly loves you the see past all your minor imperfections, and appreciates what makes you different from everyone else....
My personal though is the sooner you aprecaite yourself for who you are and love what sets you apart from eveybody else the sooner you will attract someone to love you in like...
anyway i hope this helps...
