When ever I eat chocolate I get this slight burning sensation on the back of my throat. It doesnt happen right away, usually after about 3 bites... Could this mean I am allergic to chocolate?

Acid. That used to happen to me. Does your throat kind of get clogged too? If so, lay off the chocolate. It's just some wierd acid my doctor said. But for now if it gives you a burning sensation don't eat it. Good luck.

Yes you are alllergic. If it is affecting your throat, be careful, your throat can swell and cause difficulty breathing. You need to see a doctor and mention this to him.. He might prescribe an epipen, although cholcolate is visible before you consume it.
