dont they realize how their bodies adapt to different circumstances??? Heat, cold, darkness???. Is it more than possible that if we had to live in darkness our senses adapted to this lack of light. Dont they know that 100 years ago people died because of flu and nowadays there is no one (even though the person doesnt take any medicine) that will die of that??? isnt that enough proof that our body adapts to new situations and changes and hence it evolves?

ok elliot, my ... how thick are people in here, what i wanted to say is what would happen if all of a sudden we had to live in a dark environment??? most probably that our senses would adapt to the new situation...and that is what evolution is all about

arnon evolution means significant change to adapt...thatis all problem is that you see the changes as a week matter.

Technically one person's body adapting to different circumstances is not evolution. Populations gradually adapt but I definitely agree that anyone who denies evolution is retarded.

Well for one, people don't die from the flu, they die from pneumonia or some other opportunistic infection. Adaptations by natural selection are just magnification of already available traits. Evolution requires modification or improvisation to such a complexity level that, without imperical proof, evolution will REMAIN what it STILL IS. A theory.

Well our eyes adapting to darkness is a completely different process to a population adapting to an environment through evolution. Evolution is the genetic changes to a population between generations, not the temporary changes to a single person who walks into a dark room.
But you're right that evolution is very reasonable, and there is no logical argument against it.

You just said it....evolution THEORY. Theories are not proven facts. And guess what, people still die from the flu every year! Some are old and have other issues, but the flu is what ends up killing them.
Our human bodies that God created in his image can adapt yes. And animals adapt...God created them too...separately. We did not evolve from a monkey. If we did, when are the rest of the monkeys gonna turn human? Why are they still around? Not logical, in addition to not proven.

Your intentions are good, and that's what counts.

With that being said, much of your information is flawed. Our bodies aren't resistent to influenza. Every time you get a flu shot, the medicine being injected is different. Why? Because influenza reproduces quickly and has grown immune to an overwhelming majority of vaccines. This is why some people still die of the flu today.

Evolution happens. You contain genes which are different than your parents. Genes which are harmful tend to get weeded out over time as people fail to reproduce as a result.

Lots of people die of flu every year by the way.

It is a strong belief by many that they have to accept Genesis latterly. If it could be proved wrong then evolution could be accepted quit easily. The two are not compatible.

It's impossible for evolution *not* to occur, simply because reproduction is not and cannot be 100% perfect. There will always be errors and mutations in copying genetic material, and the longer this goes on the greater the change that accumulates. Evolution is inevitable.

At some point there will be a Christian movement that will take over Evolution and try to say that God created it.
