BMW's are nicer to the young ones. Mercedes or more of an adult vehicle. BMW seem to have more problems that i know if with my friends. But Mercedes are known for their price and style. I dont care as much for them as I do a BMW. Just make sure you look around. Some BMW's are way over priced

Audi's? Hah. Funny one. Anyway... in my experience BMW and Mercedes are both SUPERIOR automobiles.

What I've found is that Mercedes tend to be more "cushy" and smoother. The interiors are more conservative. As they age, the components they put in will wear and a worn Mercedes will feel "loose".

I've found that BMW's tend to be more "sporty", they are not afraid to let you feel the road. The interiors tend to be more "sharp" and modern. BMW has also recently integrated the "confusing" iDrive system that most customers don't really like. As they age, they tend to need some things, but I drove a '97 528i the other day that had 136,000 miles and it felt ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE more together and firm than a 2002 Passat with 60k miles.

I would avoid MBenz at all costs. I've already read numerous reports of how their quality and reliability has dropped, even Consumer Reports went on the attack about their lack of reliability.

I'm giving you a link to JDPower and how they rate the BMW higher. They are the automotive authority in research data...shows Mbenz down in the charts, and even worse Audi which is no surprise since VW's are infamously known to be as unreliable as a Kia.

Hope this helps :-)

Audi puts them both to shame but if you only have those two choices available to you then BMW has the performance and style edge. Personally If your looking at those two vehicles I would give serious consideration to an Audi, you might find yourself pleasantly surprised!

Happy car shopping.
