The "M" is for Mr/Mrs or Ms - then fill in your name and those of who ever you are bringing, if more than one has been invited. - and check yes or no and mail it back. You can add "With Regrets" for the "No" answer if it is appropriate

RSVP: By either signing a card that the host may inclose with the invitation, or- write a personal acceptance card: Your name; would be happy to attend, whatever the function is, whatever the date is. Salutation. A personal note could also go with it

M________ means Ms., Mr. or Mrs., plus the last name. For example "Mr. Smith will not attend".
