its not possible if you want to do it the healthy way. the healthy way is doing at least 30 minutes of cardio and eating a well balanced diet (burning more calories than you consume). If you do it the unhealthy way which would be starving yourself or skipping meals...it would be extremely unhealthy for your body! You might lose all the weight but as soon as you start eating normal again..you will gain the 10 pounds back and some more...and then you'll just have one big 20 pounds problem. so please do it the healthy way!

hmmm...well you would need to stop eating and drinking for two weeks! Just kidding...
Take on a biggest loser-type challenge where you exercise like crazy and eat only the healthiest of whole foods.
Really, you shouldn't lose weight that fast...a healthy balance of good food and regular exercise should mean that you lose weight gradually and safely...also this is the only way to ensure you keep it off. If you drop those 10 lbs in 2 weeks then go back to your normal habits, you are likely to put it back on plus more...sorry but thats the hard truth...good luck

Sorry, its true. There is no healthy way to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Try running/doing cardio everyday, it will make you feel better for the event you need to go to. It will also give you a good jump start you towards your goal! :)

That will be pushing it but if you cut carbs, junk and sodas and combine this with a vigorus cardio workout, you could lose it. Check out these two links on exercise and diet.

www.oxypowdercleanse.com - it works great when you follow it to the 'T' along with the meal plan, and 4-5 1 hour sessions of 'power' walking.
