No, it won't damage your hair at all BUT- BE CAREFUL! Trimming hair while wet can cause you to cut off too much without realizing it. Hair shrinks up when dried so what you think looks ok while wet might be WAY too short when dry! Start by cutting just the very ends off while wet to rid hair of split ends then if you want more off- do it when it's dry.

No, if you're cutting you don't really have to worry about hair damage, the scissors only affect the tiniest bit of the bottom of a hair strand anyways!
