Okay this is starting to make me mad, I've tried downloading both versions of Limewire(basic and beta) and it got to where everything was installed but when I clicked on the shortcut icon the Limewire intro square thing pops up and goes away...I wait...nothing, it doesn't come up, nothing loads. It's the same story with Frostwire I downloaded.
Yes I uninstalled the other Limewire versions so I don't have 3 different programs running.

did u chk if
1. any firewall/antivirus/antispyware is blocking it?
2. r u connected 2 d internet(u must b-tune this one out if u think it's dumb-still jest askin all d rt questions)
meebe u can try disablin ur antispyware/antivirus 4 a few mts and den reinstall it
d reason i say dis is cuz my NOD32 and Adaware will NOT let me install anything unles i temporarily inactivate it............
its way too good at its job LOL

they both suck and so does that bearshare, download kceasy. it's much better it only takes 2 minuites to download! enjoy!!
