Yes, especially if it is moving... in some places it is a felony! Look at the lady who got locked up with a felony for throwing her drink at another car on the highway in Virginia recently.

YES !!!!! And depending on the extent of the accident resulting in death, Aggrevated Murder,baybe reduced to involuntary manslaughter on a plea deal 15 yrs to life

You could be charged with anything from public mischief and destroying private property to manslaughter depending on what happens.
You might even serve time in juvie hall or jail. If someone is killed you better start stretching your butt now, cuz they'll do it for you when you get tossed in an adult jail.

Yes, it can be considered an act of vandalism, and if the car is moving, you could cause a wreck, or even worse, a death.

yes, illegal and also dangerous.... if you do not cause an accident, you might upset the driver enough to get them to come after you either with fists or worse with their vehicle or a weapon..... not a good idea.
