I met someone on yahoo personals. I thoight he was for real. But the more I talked to him something just didn't click. Has some out there had the same experince .

i haven't had the same experience but be VERY careful. The internet is not safe, well the internet is but not the people on it lol. If you ever choose to meet him be 100% sure that you know the guy and who he is k sweetie. Good Luck and be careful;)

Can you possibly know someone before you actually spend time in their presence? No ma'am, I don't think so. They say half of communication is non-verbal, or something. (and who, exactly, are 'they'?) Some folks would go even further and say that you don't know someone until you've lived with them for years, but you get what I'm saying.

i have not --- it is easy to pretend its only when you meet or talk in person that the facade breaks down --- i have heard stories and its mostly the guys that pretend to be something they are not

if your just meeting someone over the internet. they are probably lieing. most people lie on the internet. So just be careful.
