We are not sinners because we sin.
We sin because we are sinners.
No one has the power to stop sinning. Repentance means to turn from your sin. That is the reason for the gift of the Holy Spirit, who empowers us to change. We cannot change(save) ourselves, only God can change(save) us. And yes, he forgives us each and every time we ask.

You just have to know its wrong, confess it and receive forgiveness. You have to accept you are forgiven even if you don't feel it at times.
Some sin is habitual, and its hard to get out of the habit. Sometimes behind that there is some unmet emotional need, or some hangup from childhood. You can want to stop but in practice find it difficult for this or other subtle kinds of reason. So you should ask Jesus to help you understand why you are behaving in any particular fashion you know is wrong.
1 John says explicitly that for any christian to say, throughout their life, that they are sinless is just delusional.
The thing is to be progressing in your faith. Remind yourself that there is no condemnation for believers, since all the guilt goes on Jesus. The apostle John teaches that love, of God and other believers, and then others, is the best thing to aim it, and it negates self-condemnation.

It means that God has forgiven you of that sin.
Yes, God will forgive you 70x70 times. Meaning that He will always forgive you.
If you want to go to Heaven then the only way is to accept Jesus into your heart as your Savior. Repent of your sins. Follow God. Good luck in your journey. God Bless!

To repent means to beg God's forgiveness and make a covenant with Him to NEVER do it again. We are to "Mortify (kill) ye the deeds of the flesh" so that we can maintain our relationship with Him. If we keep doing the same things over and over again, God won't see the sincerity in our sacrifice. The Scripture plainly states that we are to "repent with a GODLY sorrow", which is one of solemn humility and not something we turn our backs on when it seems convenient.

If one sins, repenting means that they are sorry for doing the sin AND have no intention of doing it (the sin) again. Continuance of the sin means you're suppose to repent each time, but you have to sincerely want to repent.
Hope this answer works out for you.

Good Question
If you are replicating the same sin over and over again and you have a conviction in your heart that it is wrong and or seems wrong you are guilty of it. You can remove sin with the atonement of christ. To be forgivin of a sin you have to stop doing it. It takes time and practice, prayer and faith to remove some sins, they just dont dissapear in one day. Once you use the atonement and christ helps you overcome that sin you will feel bitter to that sin.
In addition to go to the worse hell I would think you would have to be very accountable. Like Judis accountable (that is hell) If you dont know the commandments and or scriptures and god has not revelated to you how can you be at fault? To become accountable and learn more of God the true church of Christ and his disires and blessings if you live faithfull check out:

You must admit that you're a sinner in need of a Saviour. Once you realize this, you have to accept Christ's payment on the cross for your sins. He paid for it so you don't have to.
To repent is to change one's mind--to determine that you don't want to sin.
A saved person has a dual nature--spirit and flesh, and these wrestle against each other. The apostle Paul wrote about this in Romans chapter 7 (KJV).

99% of the Confessions I hear begin with:
"Bless me Father for I have sinned...and - I did it again!!!!"
Yes - God continues to forgive - even as we are called to forgive others their trespasses - up to 70 times 7 times! (That means infinity!)
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9
ALL unrighteousness. Even the stuff we do over and over and over.
Eventually, repentance comes - and we turn from our sins - and we sin less. That is the essence of the spiritual life.
