Is Human Resource Assistant is in demand in US Countries? I am a BS Psychology graduate.?

I had already more than 1 year experience being Human Resource Assistant. Is it possible for me to work in US Countries?

I've noticed that most HR positions require experience in PeopleSoft, so if you have that, it'll be a great help. However, it'll be much harder for you to get an H-1 in HR since engineers and other highly specialized positions are getting the big push right now.

Try something like monster.com and see what fits your experience. Bigger employers are usually more likely to sponsor than smaller employers.
