Ok, I use Dove ultra-clear and I don't know if its that, or my razor, but my armpits itch, like, all the time anymore. Am I allergic to the deodorant?

Then again, there's always the possibility of a fungus growing in there. It's dark and moist usually... just what a fungus likes. Try a little Lotrimin. Once a day for a few days should knock it out. If not, at least you've narrowed it down to something else.

I don't know but I can take an acurate guess. Switch deodorant, and put some dry skin lotion on your armpit. Or there's always the possibility that you've got exsama. Do your arms itch at the fold of them? Do your legs itch mid-way where they bend? Are there small red bumps in these places? I f so see your doctor and he'll give you some stuff to help you heal.

Every 6 months or so, I have an issue where my armpit has itching and swelling.

No idea why. Goes away after a bit. Just happened 2 weeks ago.

It could be any of these or something completely different. My armpits itch from the moisturing strip on the razor so i have to remove it before i use the razor. It could even be washing powder you use, that is making you itch. You will just have to eliminate each thing one by one and see what you are doing different when they stop itching. I would start with the deodorant

It may be because your razor is too old. Dove is tested for most allergies and is safe to be used. You can use any antiseptic lotion (Dettol or Savlon, etc.)immediately after shaving instead of deodorant and check whether is any improvement.

It sounds like allergy.
You can use hydrocortisone, over the counter, twice a day for 3 days and it should be better. Switch deoderants. It sounds like you are allergic.

You could be allergic to the deoderant, your razor could be dull, or it could be that whatever lubricant you use for shaving them might not be creamy enough.
