I'll be 21 in April. I'm 5'4" and 117 pds...I use the weigh 113 pds...guess its the Holiday weight that hasn't come off yet. I have been dieting and exercising...but its not working. Anyway I can get rid of 3 pds fast...not by crash dieting?? And I'm not a cook. Thanks you guys!!

Those DARN holidays...lol......yeah, ur the right weight. im 19 and weigh 113 - 114 lbs. ur 21 and 117, u could MAYBE loose a LITTLE, but not very much. toning helps. u may just need to tone, not loose weight. Good Luck.


if ur really wanting to loose some x-tra pounds, then i reccomend jogging and walking EVERYDAY for @ least 20 minutes. do u have a gym u can go to? if not, go get some weights, and lift them for a while. this will tone, AND help u loose weight!

Hmmmm I don't know how to judge that. I am 18, 5'8" and 135 lbs...i have an extra 4 inches but an extra 20 pounds.

Are you kidding? you're just perfect. my mom always told me to give yourself 5 lbs for every inch over 5 ft. according to that... you've still got 3 lbs to spare! i'm sure you're just fine! I wish i weighed that little. I should weigh at least 15 lbs lighter than i am now! good luck!
