Everyone in my house had a stomach bug earlier this year. It was horrible, my heart goes out to you. It only lasted about 11 to 12 hour for the adults but three days for our younger child. It was the worst stomach pain and momentary heat or hot type flash I have ever had with a stomach bug. You feel like a human volcano at its peak. thank goodness that only lasted for a few minutes. I hope you feel better soon. When you do decide to eat make it something light, like broth at first.

You probably have a stomache flu. Make sure you stay hydrated. Flat soda can help. Drink herbal tea, or watered down juices (not apple juice which can be hard on the stomach). If you have diarrhea for more than a few days see a doctor or you might get too dehydrated.

If you feel like your going to throw up, I wouldn't eat anything. Try to drink some sprite or ginger ale. Probably just a 24 hour virus. Take care

It lasts a week to 10 days...sorry. Generally, it stays pretty mild...but it takes a while to recover. Don't try to eat too much. Stick wih soups for a while. Make sure to stay hydrated, a lot of people are ending up in th hospital due to dehydration. It's wise to drink a beverage with added electrolytes. Most commonly people drink Gatorade, I prefer Knudsen's Recharge (no sugar-fruit juice sweetened...better for healing a sick body). You can also just add FRESH squeezed lime or lemon to your water. Good luck.

Sounds like the Norwak (sp) virus.. it just went through the nursing home i work at. Check with the DR and if it is, try to avoid people, it's very contagious. Wash linen in hot water and lysol is your best friend because unlike most bugs, this one you can get over and over again. Drink plenty of fluids and if you do happen to vomit try to drink Gatorade or something with electrolytes.

Drink a lot of fluids and sleep it out, or flow see a physician if its that undesirable. overwhelm up some ice and then pour ginger ale on it, that's what my mom continuously did for me and it labored. yet i think of that is purely because of the fact mom's are magic. call your mom!

Stomach virusis are just those things that medicine can't do anything about. You should just rest and try to go to sleep.Maybe drink a bottle of Coke to settle your stomach.Thats what I do.

First go on the BRAT diet. Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast, for a few days. If that doesn't work -- see a doctor.
