You can still pay for it without being arrested, as long as you have the money with you when you show up to the court office. The sooner you can go and get it paid the better, because there is probably a bench warrant out against you, which means if you get stopped and pulled over for *anything* even something like not having a seat belt on, you can be arrested and kept in jail until the fines are paid in full. As soon as the payment is received by the receptionist, they will get it punched into the computer to drop the warrant if there is one.

No, you'll not get arrest for paying ticket now even it passed 30 days.

Arrested only when you get pulled over and cop find out you have an outstanding ticket and warrent for your arrest. Other wise go and pay the damn thing, get it over.

I am sure they want their money, so yes you better go pay for it. Don't do like I did, I waited too long and they sent a police officer out there and had to sign some papers to go to court. I didn't have to go to jail but it was humiliating standing in front of all those people , plus having to pay more then what my ticket originally was. So YES!! Go pay it now!

You can call the police department or sheriff's office that gave you the ticket and ask them, but you can probably still pay it. Has the court date already past? If so, if you don't contact them ASAP your license will get suspended. You can almost always pay them at the police dept. or city hall before the court date, without going to court. But in any case, you need to call to find out for sure.

You can pay for it but most likely the fine will have doubled because it's so late. They will not arrest you if you try to make good.

if it turns into a warrant, they will add like 50 dollars to it.

you need to call the number on the ticket and ask them about it.

It can and should be paid ASAP. The Court can also notify your state agency that handles drivers licensing and have your license suspended.
