You can merge partitions with data using Paragon Partition Manager. You don't have to format your drive, delete partitions or buy backup drive. Simply run Merge Partitions wizard. Full version costs $50, I'm happy with it. But you can use special edition, it's free, you can download it here:

If you don't have any third party software there is no way to do this without deleting those partitions. Do you have an external USB Flash Drive? If this is important data you can't loose you might want to consider going to walmart or radio shack and picking one up. The 512MB back up drives are not that expensive around $20, you should try to buy a 2GB backup drive it will cost you though around $50. You aren't by chance connected to a home network where you could move those files temporarily to another computer via the network?

You can use the dos utility to delete the unwanted partitions and merge the empty space into one partition, but this will delete everything on your hard drive.
Or you can use a third party software like partition magic and do it fast and easy.
