For me, no question about it. Our energy cannot, like any form of energy, 'expire', as others have noted, it just changes form.

However, I also believe very firmly that what we each experience as we pass through the 'portal' between the physical realm and what lies 'beyond', depends very much on our personal belief system.

If someone is convinced that they will experience oblivion, I see no reason why that should not appear to be their experience. Even 'hell' and 'heaven' may well be sufficiently cemented in one's psyche that entire constructions will appear to take solid manifestation.

The much vaunted Islamic hero's reward of 72 virgins to attend to 'his' ( what happens for female 'heroes' ? ) every need and whim might seem attractive to some, even though there is nothing in the Koran to support this exotic, not to mention indulgently erotic, scenario.

In short, I reckon you gets what you pays for, or at least believe in.

You, I and everyone will live on after our deaths in the memories of those people we leave behind.
It may be that a person will accomplish something remarkable, and that their life will be remembered by a country or a world.
We have one life.
When it is over the worms eat us.
Our legacy, and our "life after death" is the value and extent of the memories others have of us, once we are gone.

I do and I look forward to it actually. We will all have the opportunity to go to Heaven and possibly get to explore the rest of space too. I believe in hell also but I think that if you end up there you must sincerely call on Jesus for help in order to get out.

Life is the time between birth and death. You can live it, or you can pi$$ it away on some false hope that you will get another chance.

I defenitly believe in life after death.

If you are curious about these things there are many scriptures that reference life after death. You should look into the bible or other scripture.

You can not kill the life force that is within you. All energy don't turn into nothing. Energy changes form. After death we can choose to reincarnate. Don't roll you eyes there is a lot evidence of reincarnation if you do the research.

With all the universe. All the balances against this and that.
It's clockwork percision, matter, energy. I think our extiance is part of a larger picture that Euclidean or other practical measuring devices cannot imagine.
