Asthma and allergies can also cause sleep issues. This is also true of reflux. Make sure to change you linens weekly. Wash your pillows in hot water at least once a month to kill the bed bugs. Avoid chocolate, caffeine, spicy foods, alcohol, smoking, and dairy before bed.

Use your bed only for sleep and sex.

Yes, when you go to bed leave the curtains open a tad so when u wake up, you are waking up to natural light. that helps alittle bit. Also, go for a walk in the AM that usually wakes me up. And dont get up 30 minutes before you have to leave the door, get up early and give yourself time to get ready for the day.

go for a walk, walking quickly.. it's supposed to help to get your blood flowing, but i think it just makes me wanna go back to bed more.
