I am very stressed lately, ive been saying bad words a lot to myself. It is mostly about a friend in school, shes a *****. She was my best friend, but now shes just a friend. She is always doing mean things to me even though I have done nothing, and pisses me off. I cant talk to another friend, because when I talk about it, they seem not to care, unless it is about their problems. School and FAMILY is also stressing me! Any good ways? Im a teen, so I cant take a walk because im not allowed to go alone.. If you say yoga is a good way to release stress, tell me some exercises and crap. I would appreiate a good answer ;)

When I was at school I had a very good friend who all of a sudden turned into a complete B****h. I tried to remain friends with her but couldn't wait to finish secondary school. Even tried talking to her and other friends about the problem but to no avail. I joined a swimming club. Made brill friends through this and found that swimming was very calming for me. Maybe join a club or something you have an interest in and cut this girl out of your life as much as possible.

when I'm stressed out I usually squeeze an old shirt or a stuffed animal I don't care about. some times I take a pencil and break it in half. this help me. sometimes i just listen to a really hard core cd and jump around and do air guitar and air drums to the song. you have so much fun and get so tired that you forget about it or take a nap and when you wake up, guess what/ you feel much better! try to take my advice and I hope this helps you

I do love yoga for stress release. If you can get to a local yoga studio, that's great. Or you could get a DVD and do it at home. I love YogaZone's collection; you can get them off Amazon.com.

Good luck, and Namaste! :)

Yoga is good, but im a fan of water therapy. Do u have a device that can run water or simulate a water noise? Find a friend that can get u a good back massage. Also, destressing is only a temporary measure. sooner or later these problems will gank up on you.

Try a form of martial arts. It's very helpful, and also keeps you fit. Also, I think you need a friend that you can talk to outside of your current group of friends. Someone that you may or may not know very well right now, and that your friends don't know/like/hang out with etc. None of my close friends know each other very well, but I feel like I can talk to them. Expand your social circle, and talk to people that you wouldn't normally.

wow the rage inside. Boy do I understand it. I take out my paticular rage in traffic. I yell at people who can't hear me. But if thats not an option for you, try standing up for yourself. Your getting mad because people are doing stuff, well tell them how you feel, and if your friend isn't being a friend well then dump her. You don't need a person like that in your life.

take a day, maybe not today but take someday and do something with friends or by yourself and cool off. If you want also talk to your teachers about maybe doing some extra credit work to make up for the test or maybe give you an extension on the things you have to do now.
