if a husband dies without a will...what happens to his assets?
Does half automatically go to the wife and the rest to the children?
this would fall under pennsylvania law if it makes a difference

Hopefully he's still around. Get a Will written ASAP. In some jurisdictions. the gov't grabs a big slice of it.
