you should start off with someone/something holding onto your feet (i put my feet under the couch;]) doing around 25 sit ups.
when you feel used to it (around 1 and half weeks?) than start doing around 35-40 and than keeping going until 100.(unless thats way too hard .)
than after 100. do curl ups(without the weight on your feet)
start off with 10 a day or 20 a week.
than after 1 or 2 weeks at 10 more each week.

the best way to do sit ups is to put your feet under the couch or have someone hold ur feet down for you then either put ur hands across ur chest or behind ur head then to start out it all depends on ur physical fitness when it comes to how many of them should you do if ur at a more heavy weight start with 10 maybe even less if ur average do or TRY at least 20 and if ur at a smaller weight and want to get that six pack go for 30 or more so start off small and work ur way up trust me over time you will get the stomatch u want with a little exercise and good eating habbits

the best way to do is to do on a mat or use the machine at the gym..do full sit ups. u cld do inclined ones..if u r not at teh gym u could put a folded/rolled.towel under yr torso..butt area to make it harder. start with sets of 20. then make sure u do everyday.best is when u wake up n go to sleep so it becomes a habit. u shd do leg raises n side ways too..for yr obliques. sit up best results will show only when u have a low body fat count so make sure yrs is or else u would have to have super abs to show through the fat.u can also do crunches. do progressive . remembere to rest well too coz recovery impt to growth.all the best .pls ask anything else if my answer wasnt good enuff

A crunch has just as much impact as a sit up but I would also add some squats to build up the thighs along with the stomach. Start with three sets of 10 and build from there remember to inhale when you sit up and exhale on your way down. Good Luck

do as many as you can in 2 minutes. than skip a day. now do 50% of what your max was. I.e. if you were able to do 20 than now do 10. do 3 sets of 10. you have now done 150% of your max. do this every other day. or everyday if you wish as the abdomen muscles are one of few that you can exercise daily. do this for a week. at the start of the next week increase my 2. it will work over time.

1st what i would do is go buy an exercise ball. u can get one for like 10 dollars. thats pretty cheap! if u dont get one, then i suggest u
lie on ur back and keep ur knees bent. put ur hands behind ur neck (ONLY for support, not to help u up)... then go up and have ur elbows touch ur knees. i do like 40 of them, and im just starting off. but 1st i use the exercise ball and i do 50 of them, then i go on the floor and do some more 40 times. hope this helps. Don't do situps as they are not good for your back... do crunches instead. (feet under something, legs bent, then raise your torso up toward knees and then back down). This will get you the best results.

Diet is most important you can work out all day but if you don't eat right you aint going no where. Just do it tuntil you feel the burn and make sure to work your lower back and obliques to. I say do it every other day

depends hopw old u r ...but start off doing as many as yooh could do and work ur way up...juss dont kill urself trying to do one million today...bcuz its ur first day...also one the first days you start you are going to feel kind sore... but it should wear down as you keep doing them.
