Is there a (FULL) Free version of a System utility available speed up and optimize my computer?

speed optimizers are a rip off.All they do is the same stuff your computer can do on its own.If you will run disk defrag you will see a big improvement.Please don't fall for these so called computer optimizers.They are a waist of space!!!!!!
