Well, water is key, since the main cause of the hangover headache is dehydration. I usually will take aspirin, for the aches, tums or pepto bismol for the nausea, and was it down with as much water as I can bear to drink right before bed. It doesnt entirely take it away but I can function in the morning! Remember to eat something starchy when youre drinking, too, to absorb all the acid in your stomach.

Dont ever take tylenol for a hangover...its bad for your liver, which is already strained by all the alcohol to begin with.

there are some tricks
Besides water (very important) and being fed.

Avoid sugery drinks like rum n coke, pina coladas, ect.
Forget what its called, begins with a "c" but its very high in darker drinks, the cheaper dark drinks, including red wine (cheap) have the highest amount of this. So, light drinks are best.
Dont take tylenol at night to avoid a headache in the morning, it increases the hangover because the way it mixes with the alcoghol in the blood.
Good luck.

Here are some good tips:
-Drink water while drinking
-Eat before you go to bed
-Take ibuprofen (advil) NOT TYLENOL, either do this in the middle of the night (if you wake up) or as soon as you wake up
-Drink gatorade in the morning
-Drink the same drink all night instead of drinking a lot of different drinks
-Water and time are the best things, but these other ones might help!

Sleep 12 hours which will at least ease and soothe the hangover. Other than the above and water, no. Or just drink a little.
