If your headache is in the back of the head and neck its stress
If it's in the front its mostly likely sinus and if its in the temple area its a migraine.

Try laying down in a cool dark room or taking a cold/hot shower to unwind or sit in a hot tub. A TV show you like and that will distract you also helps. A cold compress to the back of the neck area sometimes help. As soon as you are relaxed try to go to sleep.

When all else fails try the Over The Counter drug: Orduis KT

It really depends on what is causing your headache. It could be a sinus headache, or lack of sleep, or it could be from something going on with your neck or shoulders. Tylenol or Excedrin seem to help most people, but if it is a reaccuring headache, I would see a doctor.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

relax and if you could afford going sitting in a natural atmosphere viewing the sky and open land or park sea would do also get yourself fresh juice and just normal as pro tablet .
still after an hour you could have a cup of tea or co fee and try to just have from 10 to 15 minutes intending that you are sleeping .

how do you feel

Sleep in your case. Take Tylenol PM. Helps you with your headache and helps you sleep.

Im not a doctor, but I use tylenol pm. I usually fall asleep within one hour after taking it. I also wakeup pain free.

To take long naps, and take 1 Tylonal every 2 hours, it really helps. Stay home from school, relax, read, sit back, and enjoy the silence.
