Well if it is mental scared then see a doc.

BUT if you are scared because of spiritual consequence then i have some recommendations.

You should contact a counselor or doctor to help you through your feelings of being scared all the time.

have you been saved by the grace of God ? did u repent?
are you scared of dying and going to hell? do u feel like you have big burden? then u are not saved God is our comforter why be scared if God the almighty who can raise the dead and who has dominion of the seas is watching over you is with you at all times accept him and if you already did put forth faith and ask a preacher

Conquer your fear. I know this sounds cliche, but it's true. Stop cowering and face it. If a tiger was eating your leg, your fear would be justified, but I get the impression
you're afraid of what COULD happen and you let your imagination run away with you.

I was scared almost all the time, I kept praying to God, and he is making me as bold as a lion. Isolation can do that. now I have no fear going to the alter, preaching Jesus, and even no fear of death.

i have felt that way too. it for me was part of my panic disorder. its a very frightening thing to live with.
are you seeing a therapist? talk therapy and meds really can help very much.please know that you are not alone.
