I asked a question for their proof of evolution and I got some links that show artist's and scientist's renditions of what they reason the creature must look like since they don't have all of the fossilized bones to any given creature and what they have is broken with fragments missing, anyway, they have all of these pictures and they say this became that and that became this making a list of creature going from one creature and becoming another yet none of the creatures in anyway slightly resemble each other yet they have the earliest fossils and the fossils of later on ,BUT, they never seem to have the link fossils between any given two creatures, don't those odds of never having the link seem about as bad as the odds of life coming from non-life? Can't happen.

icarus62, that's not evolution, it's adaptation, it's still a virus and will always be a virus.

alotta s, wolves and dogs are all canine, still of the same family, again that's not evolution but adaptation.

incognito, what nonsense, you have everything but the ONES IN BETWEEN, the odds of that would be staggering, you should at least one if not more for the millions of fossils that have been found.

They are in between fossils. But the problem is people, like you, say "well where is the in between THAT animal and the ones today." The point is, those are animals that aren't around anymore, and all the evidence is that they evolved into the animals we have today. You see an odd shaped bird, scientists see a bird with features showing it evolved from a dinosaur and was going toward birds. I believe the scientist. It basically comes down to do you believe what the scientists tell you, because there is no way to possibly research the subject like they have unless you become a scientist.

Not again. Look... you'll never understand any explanation given to you about proof. You should already know that its true through high school. If you don't, then its far more education and it will take more than some answer on a forum to answer you properly.
You need to go back to school. You need to take biology, chemistry, physics, archaeology, and anthropology. Possibly even more than that. The explanation requires understanding of all of those things.
Please become educated. Really educated by schooling.
No thats not blowing you off, thats telling you that you will get a much better understanding of it than ANYTHING you hear on YA and learn a great deal more in the process.
The only person you have to blame for your ignorance about this topic is yourself (and possibly the school system because any teacher that didn't actually explain these things to you while you were in high school should be horribly ashamed and lose their teaching position).

Hoo boy, you've got a bad case of it.
I think I see your problem - you like simple answers: things like 'Goddidit', with a minimum of syllables, and no thinking required whatsoever. That's a reasonable way to get along in the world, if your desire is merely to stay comforted.
To know the facts, however, requires a bit of ratiocination, and you make it plain that you're not prepared to devote valuable rare-earth ion exchanges to something that might pop your bubble. Indeed the only reason you are able to ask your silly question in the way that you have is that you don't have a clue how this stuff actually works - and it's quite clearly your intention to remain that way.
Well, glad tidings! Lift up your eyes unto the fog whence cometh your belief system, and rejoice. Your defence is impregnable, and no-one is going to get any facts through that miasma. You may continue blithely to believe all the hackneyed old delusions that many of us have heard stated - and rebutted - a thousand times before. You're safe.
Just don't reproduce. Please. Dumping your ignorance into new, young minds unready to defend themselves would be child abuse.

Good answer by Icarus62. Its too bad biblehelp likely will ignore it.
And of course the changes a virus undergoes are exactly how biological evolution is defined ( Change in the genetic composition of a population during successive generations, as a result of natural selection acting on the genetic variation among individuals )
One interesting piece of evidence is the shared point mutation between primates breaking our ability to manufacture vitamin C. The odds of a common mutation existing by chance among so many species is astronomical without the mutation having taken place in a common ancestor. For you to attribute it to a common designer you would need to argue that the designer made the same exact mistake each time.

I don't believe you will listen, but I will try anyway.
The creation of a fossil is one of the rarest events that can possibly occur. In order for there to be a complete fossil, the organism has to die properly and in the proper area and under the proper conditions. For the entirety of the fossil record to demonstrate evolution means that what isn't there would make it more obvious than the movement of the sun. There is no missing link between any creatures. Evolution is occuring as we speak, it takes longer in more evolved/complex/specified creatures sowll have trouble seeing it in ourselves, but we can. We see it even in the other primates on the planet. Now that humans have strangled the chimps' habitat, they have become smarter and creative in their hunting and are now making spears.

Evolution, that is, the ability of species to adapt to different environmental and climate conditions, is a fact of life, whether you believe life evolved over millions of years or whether you believe God created the Earth 4,500 years ago.
The most obvious example I can think of is that of the moths living in England at the time of the industrial revolution which were greyish-brown to begin with, to camouflage against stonework, tree bark, etc. but evolved into black to camouflage successfully against sooty backgrounds.
It is probable that the first black moths were mutants which appeared by accident. Since their chances of survival were better their genes gradually became dominant and thus the black moths became the dominant species.
This level of adaptation can also be seen e.g. in species of mammals which live in or near the Arctic, whose fur turns white during the winter months. Again this may originally have been an accident and only the animals with the ability to adapt were able to survive.
Life is constantly changing and adapting and even science does not have all the answers - there are thousands, possibly millions of species as yet undiscovered. Many of these may be species previously thought extinct, but which have actually re-evolved.
