If you think they're having side effects, stop taking them. There are lots of other drugs in that class that might work as well and not have side effects for you, but rather than experiment with them why not just switch to Tylenol.

It's hard to say how long the diclofenac will remain in your system; its often prescribed in a delayed release form that can last 24 hours, although this isn't likely if you're taking it 3 times a day.

Side effects are ABD cramps, heartburn, GI ulcer, rash, nephritits (kidney problem). Normal dosage 50-75mg twice a day with food or milk. It's an NSAID, what other meds are you taking?? Can't take with ibuprofen, aspirin, aleve. Dizzy and nauseated leads me to believe you might have taking them with an NSAID or another med that contains an NSAID. Check your other meds. Call doctor.

I have taken Diclofenac (Voltaren) since 1990 and once your body adjusts to the new medication I think you will appreciate the benefits of it. I take 75 mg. twice a day and if I miss just one, I can hardly walk.
