hi,
okay you say you eat only 600 calories per day. this is not enough are you only eating that many so you loose weight? because it will have the opposite effect. your body will think there is a famine so what you eat is stored in fat. What you need to do is eat 3 balanced meals per day, make sure you have fruit and veg, carborhighdrates and protien in the same meal. Running will not give you a six pack, you need to do upper body exercise. dumb bells are always good for this also sit ups and press up, but dont forget to warm up and down with some gental stretching exercises. But before you do this you need to eat properly or all you will do is make yourself ill. if you are worried about loose skin it is probably the elastine not working properly, you can get this back by rubbing in moisterising cream im sure you mum could get you some its nothing to be embarresed about all men use it as they get older my partner keeps nicking mine
good luck and look after yourself.

If you're 5'11" and weigh 66kg you will never have a 6 pack whilst at that weight, and if you eat only 600kcal a day you are going to end up ill.
The loose skin kind of suggests that you've lost weight too quickly.
The way for you to get a 6 pack therefore would be to get bigger (put on weight)
Give up the running, take up weight training instead. Eat high protein, high carbohydrate foods.
Tuna, pasta, sweetcorn and a little low calorie dressing are high protein high carb low fat foods that should be your diet for doing this. It makes a lovely meal.
Also you can buy "tummy crunch" machines as your way to a 6 pack. They are and more comfortable than the real thing because you can do them sitting up thus reducing strain at the base of the spine.

Do a variety of exercises such as jump rope, running, crunches, bicycling, walking, hiking. That way you won't get bored with one thing and it might be easier and funner to do. Also, you could play group sports. It is kind of hard to just spot reduce, and an allover workout is good for you. So get out there and do something, anything, as long as your moving and your heart rate is up. I'm sure you will notice a difference :)
600 calories a day is not good. If you plan on exercising you will not have enough energy. If you don't like the idea of eating, at least try to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables as snacks every 2 or 3 hours. There is no way you will gain weight from them.

I'm not an expert but i'd imagine you need to eat a little bit more. You are still young so you still have plenty of growing/developing to do. I would say eat healthy, do regular exercise, i.e find a sport you love. I dont think running will get you a six pack though! p.s you should be in bed havent you got school tomorrow?

Sweetie, as long as you're eating that little, not only will you NOT get six pack abs, you're body will burn your abs for fuel.
The trick to building muscle is to run on a surplus of calories, and get your body to convert the extra calories to muscle instead of fat. So....start eating more (particularly protein), lay off the aerobic exercise (cut waaaaay back on the running), and start in on a hefty ab routine.

Since you want to tone & firm your body & dont need to lose weight running wouldnt neccessarily be the best exercise for you to do.Sit-ups & press-ups are good for muscle tone in the stomach area & for getting rid of 'love handles' or any excess flesh in that area. What about weight training to improve your muscle tone & firm everything up.Ask your doctor what he thinks the best exercise for you would be.Also if you pop in your local gym or sports center(it should be free at a council-run sports center) someone there would advise you of the best types of exercise for your height & build.Pop in & ask if theres someone who works there that can advise.Explain to them what you want & they should be happy to advise you. Also by doing this you'l get advise that will be safe & last long-term rather than something thats a quickfix or a waste of time.Good luck.

You ned a balance of the right foods and exersice. You cant compensate one with the other.
Get proffesional help. Even your gp will be able to give you advise as to a healthy diet and exersise plan.
It takes time though. There's no such thing as instant muscle.

I guess liposuction might be worth thinking about. You are not fat, so would probably benefit for spot fat removal if you have these handles. It is best performed on people who need spot reduction, rather than the overweight who want to improve generally.
